Was pleasantly surprised by this place. The menu wasbeyond what you'd find for normal pub fare and you could tell there was some thought put into it. I had a new server but she was very attentive and overall would definitely return.

In August, 2019, my friend and I stopped in Merritt en route to Kelowna. We decided to grab lunch so we walked around the town, eventually coming across the Grand Pub. Food was great as was the service. Fast forward to August 1st, 2020. We again stopped in Merritt on our way to Kelowna. We decided to have lunch but were uneasy about eating in restaurants due to the Wuhan virus pandemic going on. We decided on the Grand Pub as our previous experience was great. This was our first time eating in a restaurant since the pandemic began. Upon entering we had to provide our contact information. Tables were far apart from each other and the place felt safe. Food again was excellent as was our server. The place was also air conditioned which we appreciated as it was very hot outside. All in all, this has become our go-to place in Merritt. Will return again.

Nice bar/pub, large menu, large portions, and lots of TVs for whatever games are on.

Food was good. Nachos were great with cheese stacked through layers of Nachos and bit of olives, peppers and tomatoes. It was a large order as well. Also had dry ribs which were good also. Server was nice and time to get everything was good. Atmosphere is good with couple pool tables. Would definitely go back and recomend to others.

Very nice place for dinner and music

Would love to give positive review unfortunately l had to send my food back. Got fish and chips, fish was the worse l ever had. Dry, smelled like a freezer and soaked in grease. I ended up with a small salad. The service was however very good. Didn't make me pay for this disaster. Will l come back probably not as this was my first trip to Merritt and l am sure there are other choices in this city. To finish on a positive note l found the pub ambiance pleasing and good customer service.

I went there for ribs on their rib night. It was absolutely delicious. Some of the servers can be a bit grumpy though.

Really great food! We had the wings and poutine, both were top shelf 👌🏼👌🏼 kids welcome during food service hours, ours really enjoyed the option of PB&J sandwiches

After a music festival I'm hungry some cases I'm in a dreary mood, I listen almost exclusively to electronic music, but this country music playing pub fed me like an expensive big city restaurant for a great price drinks were great food was some of the finest I've ever had and the hospitality is second to none the only problem is Google only gives up to 5 stars and this place is way beyond that I highly recomend this pub it is fantastic and reasonably priced for the high quality food I got <3

We stopped on our Motorcycle ride. We got there around 1120 am and they were not open til noon. The Manager Treena? Opened up for us and we had a great lunch and service. We would go back 👍👍

Great service. Nice selection on the menu. Nice atmosphere even if it could use a bit of a facelift. Food quality is hit and miss. Usually pretty good. Today I had the poutine, it was basically a bowl of salty gravy with some fries mixed in.....

We stopped in for a bite before continuing our road trip back to Vancouver. We arrived around 3pm on a Sunday and it was not busy. Our orders were taken promptly however, the food took some time. I had the el deluxe mushroom cheeseburger. It was pretty tasty however I didn’t see any mushrooms in there! The fries and gravy were good – standard restaurant style gravy.

I like to stop by here when I'm headed up to Kelowna. And when I say stop by, I mean precariously plan my meals so that I'm hungry and able to eat a full, home style cooked meal.This cozy little place by all means does not have a modern feel to it. It's comfy. It's cozy. It feels like a family owned pub and I love it just for that.Everything I have tried off the menu has been DELICIOUS. All of it so fresh! The sandwiches are piping hot with cheese melting right out when you separate the two halves. Fries are crispy and seasoned to perfection. Whatever you do, GET THE GRAVY!! It's amazingly delicious. The staff always greet you with a smile. I've been here when it's been slow and when it's been busy and the service has been consistent. The menu is super quirky but be prepared to feel overwhelmed. You're going to want to order one of EVERYTHING and the portion sizes are generous so choose wisely!

Stopped there to get steak on my way from Vancouver to Kelowna just to realize that their steak was actually awesome! The place is cozy and the staff are super friendly! The price is also good so definitely recommended.

Quick service, the blue cheese burger I got was absolutely mouth watering. And the lady who served us was exceptional. Good prices too. I highly recommend.

We found this place on Google looking for a good place to eat on the way home after a weekend away. Reading the reviews we thought we'd give it a try. I had the Grand Yorkies which is three massive Yorkshire puddings stuffed with roast beef and served with gravy, mashed potatoes and horseradish aioli. The yorkies were a little over cooked but with the gravy and mashed potatoes you couldn't tell. The waitress was so nice and recommended dishes for our table which I thought was super sweet of her. We make trips from the valley to Enderby often and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

Great pub food! Our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. My sister said the beef dip was the best she ever had.

Loved this place while in merrit. The staff were amazing and friendly and I was stranded in town from car issues. I had the opportunity to hang out with some super cool people who even showed me a bit of the town. Cheap drinks. Good and well priced food. Centrally located..for me at least. Would return

Nice pub with good food ,service was slow even though it was quiet,the bill brought to the table without being asked were we ready for it or would we like deserts or another drink ,the server came over to ask are you waiting on me for you to pay your bill,I suggested yes if you want to get rid of us.

So good we stopped in going and coming. Between the group of us and both stops we had burgers (both beef and chicken - the jalapeno heat in the chicken was great!) As well as the mushroom soup and the seafood chowder and the chicken lips (hand battered real breast strips). The seafood chowder was fantastic. Lots of cream and fish and scallops. Definitely will be back. Thanks Treena! :-) They are a bar but are kid-friendly until later when they switch to a liquor primary license.

Amazing food and good place to have drinks.

The Buffet on Sunday's is awesome. The price is fabulous only $9.95 and kids under 10 are only$6.95. The staff are great 🙂

Popped in here for a drink and then looked at menu. Decided to order the Spicy Squid and Scallops with belly pork. What a great choice. The fancy calamari was awesome...nice light batter and nice touch of heat. The belly pork was very nice , the scallops very tiny but tasty...I would suggest 2 much bigger ones or 4 little ones...the salad that cam with was very tasty. A very pleasant experience all in all.

We shared fish and chips. They were good and they devided the portion for us. Very good
